So this is it…Less than 24 hours to go until I'm leaving Tanzania, the sun, the heat, the beautiful people, the dalla - dallas, the wali na njegere, the beach, the sea, the palm trees, the monkeys, my room and my balcony in hall 3, the fun of not having running water, the slooooooow internet, the beer, the bottled water, the colours of Africa, the sweating, the flip flops, the cold showers, the wonderful world of bureaucracy at University of Dar es Salaam, the street touts, the standing out in the crowd wherever you go and being called mzungu!, the non - stressful and easy - going way of life (well, at least in some areas), the moskito nets AND all my wonderful friends down here behind…I'm gonna miss everything like crazy!!!!!

On Sunday I went to Zanzibar again and stayed there until Wednesday with Florian and Florian and Carlos. It was a very nice last trip, we rented a car and drove to the beach, ate at amazing restaurants and saw the red colobus monkeys. It really is a magical island and Stone Town is an incredible place. Mom, I'm gonna take you there when you're 60 and I'm 40 (hihi)! Gosh I still have so much to pack, gonna have to leave a lot of stuff. I guess my dirty moskito net and washing bucket won't be that useful in Norway, along with my ruined clothes full of holes in them. Later tonight we're going out to eat at Addis in Dar, an Ethiopian restaurant which I love very much. Eating at restaurants will be very missed when I come home, everything is gonna be so ridiculously expensive!

Oh well, this is Kine signing out from Africa modus and switching on to Norwegian. GOD I'm gonna freeze to death, I'm nervous like hell! But can't wait to come home to Mo i Rana and see you guys mom, dad, Vilde, Mathias, Kamilla, Lars and Sissi! Love you! Tutaonana! Tutaonana!
