the silence of the palms

Ah, nothing beats coming home and seeing your family after you've been 10 000 miles away for five months...it's minus ten degrees, clear sky, we saw the sun until it went down at around 2.30 p.m. My little sister had the traditional "sun party" in kindergarden yesterday to celebrate the return of that strange yellow thing. I downloaded "African Queen" and listening to it now brings back a lot of memories of Tanzania. Wish I could stay home longer but have to go back to Trondheim on Monday and start studying and working at Bunnpris again...just wanna go travelling more. Ingunn, snuppa mi, wish I could come to New Zealand with you and Anna so much!
